Cancer, dietary conditions, heart disease and problems, stroke, blood pressure, and cholesterol build-up are all typical results of carrying far too much weight than the body can handle. Physical limitations include bad knees, inability to bend, sore back and feet from standing or walking any period of time, and even arthritis in the joints. All of these physical conditions are signs of the body breaking down under a weight it cannot carry any longer. For most weight problems are not a permanent condition. They can be reversed, but it takes work and time. Drastic changes caused by starvation diets do not work because the body just snaps back to what it was afterwards. Proper removal and avoidance of a weight problem is a lifelong process of regulating food intake with calories burned off by activity. Exercise, avoiding large meals with more frequent small meals, and choose food wisely can all contribute to reducing fat and living a healthier life.
